Quotation Template

Description

Send polished quotes and follow up on every one. Pick a client and products, the quote fills in prices and tax, then log it to track status, win rate and time to decision. This quotation template works in Excel and Google Sheets.

What it does

• Printable quotation with your business details
• Client and product dropdowns; prices, tax and totals fill in
• Quote Log with Sent, Accepted, Rejected and Expired status
• Win rate, open quote value and average days to decision
• Dashboard with quotes by month, outcomes and value

How it works

1. Settings: add your business details, tax rate and quote validity.
2. Quotation: pick a client and products, then print or save as PDF.
3. Quote Log: record each quote and update its status when the client decides.

What’s inside

Start Here guide, Dashboard (12 headline numbers and 6 charts), Quotation, Quote Log, Clients, Products, Analysis and Settings sheets.

Good to know

• Excel and Google Sheets: open it in Microsoft Excel, or upload it to Google Drive and choose Open with → Google Sheets. Formulas, dropdowns and charts carry over.
• Colour-coded: blue cells are for your entries, grey cells calculate automatically, so you can’t break a formula by accident.
• Sample data included: a demo business fills every sheet so the dashboard works from day one. Clear the blue cells when you start.
• Any currency: amounts show without a symbol, and you set your currency once in Settings.
