No refunds after download
Once a file has been downloaded, the purchase is final and cannot be refunded. A downloaded file cannot be returned, so this applies even if you change your mind or no longer need the template. Please read the product description and check that the template suits you before buying.
Before you download
If you have not downloaded your file yet, you can ask for a refund within 7 days of purchase. We check our download records, and if no download has been made we refund you in full.
Faulty or missing files
If a file is damaged, will not open in Excel or Google Sheets, or you did not receive your download link, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will fix it or send you a working file. If we cannot, we will refund you in full, even if the file was downloaded.
Charged twice or charged without an order
If you were charged more than once for the same order, or money was deducted but no order was created, contact us with your payment ID and we will refund the extra amount in full.
Cancellations
Orders are delivered instantly, so they cannot be cancelled after payment. If a payment fails or is cancelled before it completes, no order is placed. Any amount deducted in that case is returned to your account automatically by your bank or Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank.

Email instagrab.online@gmail.com with your order number or Razorpay payment ID and a short description of the problem. We reply within 2 working days.
