What it does

• Current stock calculated from opening stock, stock in and stock out
• Reorder alerts for items at or below their reorder level
• Suggested order quantity for each item that needs restocking
• Stock value at cost and at retail, plus potential gross profit and margin %
• Breakdown by category, with room for 200 products

How it works

1. Settings: enter your business name, currency and product categories.
2. Inventory: add products with cost, price, opening stock and reorder level. Update Stock In and Stock Out as goods move.
3. Stock Summary: see your headline numbers, value by category and the reorder list.

Good to know

• Excel and Google Sheets: open it in Microsoft Excel, or upload it to Google Drive and choose Open with → Google Sheets. Formulas, dropdowns and charts carry over.
• Colour-coded: blue cells are for your entries, grey cells calculate automatically, so you can’t break a formula by accident.
• Example rows included: sample entries show the expected format. Overwrite or delete them when you start.
• Any currency: amounts show without a symbol, and you set your currency once in Settings.
