The Projects & Admin Bundle is a project management spreadsheet for small teams that want to plan work, balance workload and keep the office running without paying for project software. You get 7 linked templates in one workbook that works in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Plan the work, then check who can do it

Add projects and tasks once. The Gantt chart draws itself from your dates, project health updates from task progress, and Resource Allocation shows each person’s planned hours for the next 8 weeks against the hours they can give. Change a date or an owner and everything updates.

7 templates in 4 groups

Plan the work (2): Task & Project Tracker and Gantt Chart. Projects with budget, dates and an on track, at risk or overdue flag; tasks with owner, status, % complete and hours; a 26-week timeline coloured by status.

Balance the team (2): Resource Allocation and Meeting Minutes & Action Log. Planned hours per person per week with overloaded people flagged; meetings, decisions and action items with owners and due dates.

Run the office (2): Office Supplies Tracker and Visitor Log. Stock from purchases and usage with reorder alerts and spend; visitor sign-in and out with time on site.

Stay compliant (1): Document & Licence Register. Expiry and renew-by dates for every licence, registration, policy and agreement, with Renew soon and Renew now alerts.

One dashboard for everything

The dashboard shows 30 headline numbers and 12 charts: active and at-risk projects, open and overdue tasks, on-time completion, planned hours and utilisation by person, meeting actions, supplies spend, documents needing renewal and visitors by month.
