The Purchase & Vendors Bundle is a procurement spreadsheet for small businesses that buy raw materials, packaging, stock or services. You get 7 linked templates in one workbook that works in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

From request to payment in one place

A requisition becomes a quote comparison, the quote becomes a PO, the PO is received and the bill is paid. Each step links to the next, so you can see what you are buying, from whom, how reliably it arrives and what you still owe.

7 templates in 4 groups

Request & compare (2): Purchase Requisition Log and Price Comparison (3 Quotes). Staff request what they need with a need-by date; you approve, compare up to three quotes and see the lowest price, fastest supplier and the saving you made.

Order (2): Purchase Order with PO Log, and Supplier Directory. Print a PO that fills in supplier details and item costs, track expected and received dates, and see each supplier’s PO value, on-time % and real lead time.

Pay (1): Accounts Payable. Supplier bills with due dates, ageing buckets and days taken to pay, so nothing goes overdue.

Review & renew (2): Vendor Evaluation Scorecard and Contract & Renewal Tracker. Score suppliers on quality, price, delivery, responsiveness and documents with weights and grades, and track notice deadlines and renewals for every contract.

One dashboard for everything

The dashboard shows 30 headline numbers and 12 charts: PO value and on-time delivery, top suppliers, open and late POs, requisitions by status and department, savings from quotes, payables ageing, vendor grades and contracts needing action.
