Simple attendance and leave for small teams. Mark each day with a code, approve leave requests, and see attendance %, absences and leave balances without any formulas.

What it does

Monthly attendance register with codes: P, HD, A, L, UL, WO, H
Paid days and loss-of-pay days per person
Leave requests with type, dates and approval status
Leave balances against yearly entitlement, with low balance alerts
Dashboard with attendance %, absences and leave by type

How it works

Settings: set the attendance month, leave types and days per year.
Directory: add your employees.
Attendance and Leave: mark attendance daily and record leave requests.

What’s inside

Start Here guide, Dashboard (24 headline numbers and 12 charts), Directory, Attendance, Leave, Leave Balance, Analysis and Settings sheets.

Good to know

Excel and Google Sheets: open it in Microsoft Excel, or upload it to Google Drive and choose Open with → Google Sheets. Formulas, dropdowns and charts carry over.
Colour-coded: blue cells are for your entries, grey cells calculate automatically, so you can’t break a formula by accident.
Sample data included: a demo business fills every sheet so the dashboard works from day one. Clear the blue cells when you start.
Any currency: amounts show without a symbol, and you set your currency once in Settings.
