What we sell
All products are digital downloads: spreadsheet templates for Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Nothing physical is shipped. See our
Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Your licence
When you buy a template you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own business. You may edit the files for your own use. You may not resell, share, sublicense, upload for others or redistribute the templates, in original or modified form.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Indian rupees (INR) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already paid for.
Delivery
Your download link appears immediately after successful payment and is also emailed to you. Each link works up to 5 times within 30 days of purchase. Please save your files after downloading.
Refunds
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, they are non-refundable once downloaded. Full details are in our

Ownership
The templates, their design, formulas and this website’s content remain the property of ReadySheets. Buying a template gives you a licence to use it, not ownership of it.
No professional advice
The templates help you organise your business records. They are not financial, accounting, tax or legal advice. Check important figures and decisions with a qualified professional.
Limitation of liability
We take care to make our templates accurate, but we provide them as they are. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the templates. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the courts of Ahmedabad, India.
