What we collect
Only what we need to process and deliver your order: your name, email address, phone number and country, entered at checkout. We also keep a record of your order and downloads.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Razorpay’s use of your payment information is covered by its own privacy policy.
How we use it
To process your payment, deliver your download, send your order emails, answer support requests and meet our legal and tax obligations. With your agreement we may send occasional product updates, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with services that help us run the store, such as our payment processor (Razorpay), website host and email provider, and only as needed to provide those services.
Cookies
This site uses essential cookies to run the cart, checkout and your download session. These are needed for the store to work.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as required by Indian tax and accounting law. Other information is deleted when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, except where we must keep it by law. Email instagrab.online@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

The site uses HTTPS encryption, and access to order data is restricted to the store owner.
